Conclusion of fact refers to the final result made by the trier of the case on the basis of a complete analysis and evaluation of the facts brought during a lawsuit. The trier of the case is usually a jury or a judge.



Conclusion of Fact Explained

When the judge is the trier, they will usually present their conclusion of fact openly in the court. This may either be verbally or in a written format. However, on request from the parties a written conclusion of fact can be issued.
