The Court of International Trade was formerly known as Customs Court. Before that, it was called Board of General Appraiser. The Court of International Trade is an Article III Court which enjoys complete powers in equity and law both.

This court has a total of nine judges (sitting) plus a few Senior Judges. This court is based in United States in New York, but it is also allowed to sit in foreign locations.
