Definition of Vandalism

Vandalism is the intentional damage to public or private property. It is considered malicious and mindless damage to another person's or business's property, and is a criminal offense.



Vandalism Explained

Property damage of any type is considered vandalism, but most especially graffiti or otherwise defacing another person's property.

Normally, a charge of vandalism will result in a sentence of some kind as well as a requirement to pay for the damage that was made.
