Absolute divorce is a type of divorce where a court declares a dissolution of a marriage. It may also be explained as the judicial termination of the marriage. This may happen due to several reasons where marital misconduct is observed after marriage.
After an absolute divorce, the status of the spouses are reverted to "single." Absolute divorce can only be obtained by a spouse provided that the legal requirements are met. Until the absolute divorce judgment is entered, it is legally impossible for spouses to marry again.
