Top Civil Rights Feeds to Follow on Twitter

Civil rights law is an area of law that consists of various components. It can include:

  • Equal rights regardless of race, gender or country of national origin.
  • Protection against discrimination in the workplace and workplace retaliation.
  • Social hotbed issues regarding racial concerns, racial justice and social justice.

As it's such a multi-faceted topic, we've created a list of some great resources that you can follow on Twitter to keep up with civil rights news, analyses and insights. This list is based on Twitter data culled according to content, frequency of tweets, follower/following ratios, blog popularity, the opinions of other civil rights experts and influencers, as well as our own subjective judgment.

Note that some influential voices were not included, either because they’re not active on Twitter or because they only tweet about civil rights law sporadically.
