Incontrovertible evidence refers to evidence or proof presented in a lawsuit to establish a fact – and it is so conclusive that by any stretch of imagination there can’t be any other truth related to that matter.
Examples of incontrovertible evidence may include the results of a blood or DNA test which establishes that a person is or is not the biological parent of a child. A more common example is that of a fingerprint result which proves the connection of a person in a crime.
